As part of our comprehensive utility management service, Orchard Energy will audit and report on your organisation's water invoices going back over the last six years. We estimate that at least one in every eight water accounts is billed incorrectly; water charges are not straightforward, they cover a number of areas and the invoices are complex. Our invoice validation experts will check all the following charges on your behalf:

• Property drainage

• Meter standing
• Effluent discharge

Discrepancies in charging are analysed by our experienced team before reporting back to you in full with our findings. With your permission we will pursue potential recoveries, dealing directly with the water companies on your behalf.
